Common questions

How do I start a translated conversation?

Open TalkPass, choose the two languages, and either share one earbud with the person you’re talking to or send them a join link to use their own phone.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by the app store, so you cancel them there:
iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions.
Android: Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app: Settings → Delete my account and data. This permanently removes your profile, voice clone, saved conversations, and usage history. It’s irreversible.

Whose voice can I clone?

Only your own. Creating a voice clone of anyone else without their explicit consent is prohibited — see our Terms.

Is my conversation data private?

Yes. Audio isn’t stored after transcription, and conversations are deleted by default. See our Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
